This is the sixth in our series of artist evenings, created in light of current events and in the context of a larger conversation about race in America.

Playwright/Director/Composer CB Murray was inspired to use his arrangement of “Lift Every Voice and Sing” to communicate his emotions emotions over the killing of George Floyd, and the #BLM protesters.

Along with Producer/Director Tiffany Jackman, and Musical Director Charles Czarnecki, he assembled Broadway actors/singers Jennie Harney-Fleming, Kecia Lewis, Dewitt Fleming Jr. to create a five-minue video that is moving, inspiring and thought-provoking.

We welcome the filmmakers and cast for a screening and discussion, moderated by Terry Franklin and Pam Noles.
