Have you ever woken from a dream and wondered why you dreamt about something so strange? Our dreams speak the universal language of symbol and metaphor, with multiple meanings packed into each image. They come to us to help us grapple with our challenges and grow toward a fuller expression of our authentic selves. In this workshop, Laura Deal will offer an introduction to dream exploration, including tips and tricks for remembering dreams. We’ll cover ways to unpack their meanings both on your own and with other people. We’ll also discuss some common dream symbols and some that are specific to the workshop’s participants. Bring your questions and a dream or dream symbol you’re curious about, whether it’s from last night or decades ago.
